You do. Email campaigns and post-purchase automations are sent through your own email provider and sending domain: Postmark, Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, SparkPost, Brevo, Mailjet, MailerSend, Elastic Email, or any SMTP server. Your domain, your deliverability, your provider. We never send feedback emails from our servers.
It tags every response with sentiment, topics and urgency, writes insight summaries per campaign, answers questions about your feedback in plain English, drafts surveys from a one-line brief, and writes the daily digest. Every AI feature is optional, and reports keep working without it.
